highlands comfort, spa bath bliss
easy communication total privacy modern room
the room was super clean, fresh and modern. self check in was awesome. it gave us total privacy. communication with the host was easy.
the lights tripped out a couple times for some reason. i hope they sort that out soon. it was a minor inconvenience.

wonderful stay, seemed like home
modern shower delicious breakfast helpful advice
the location was special. i enjoyed the modern shower in my room. breakfast was fresh and delicious, i especially liked the tasty, hot options. the host provided helpful advice for exploring the scottish highlands, his kindness and knowledge made all the difference.
soundproofing was a concern, i could hear noises from other rooms. this impacted the tranquility a bit and made it harder to fully relax after a long day.

the room included tea and coffee making facilities. the bathroom felt new and modern. a tv was also provided in the room, i enjoyed watching it for a bit each evening.

the hotel is a short walk from the town center. i found nearby shops and restaurants very accessible. private parking was available, which i appreciated, but, space was tight.

The room was quite spacious and included a large television. I was pleased to see the breakfast offered a variety of options, including a cooked breakfast. Parking on site. I found the location to be within a short walk of the village and Loch Ness.

ideal location amazing shower usb charging
i really liked how close it was to the village, made walk easy. that shower was amazing! bathroom was really nice too, very modern. they have usb charging, such a good idea.
the room was small, there was nowhere to hang my clothes or put my suitcase. i had to keep it on the bed, which wasn't ideal.

walk-in shower attentive staff buffet style exterior ground missing sheet used comforter
My room had a walk-in shower, a desk, and a TV with streaming channels. The staff were very polite and attentive. This. Breakfast was simple and very good, it was buffet style with sausage, bacon, and scrambled eggs. They even offered fried or poached eggs (wow!).
The exterior grounds need some work. I found the absence of a top sheet under the comforter unsettling. The comforters are used by many guests (i didn't like that!).

cozy stay in highlands!
spacious room helpful host
the room was spacious and it had a wonderful shower i enjoyed it a lot! parking was good and i walked only five minutes to the shops and the lock. the host knew the area well and was helpful. breakfast was so good!
the room needed a wardrobe or more storage space, just some hangers on hooks were there.
