Coastal Charm!

Everything felt so clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The en-suite bathroom was lovely. the mattress was really good and perfect for me. I loved interacting with all the staff, including the folks at the bar, they were super helpful.

The sound proofing was not great in my room. I could hear people next door. Every noise was really loud!

The staff were excellent and helpful. I found a complimentary gift bag of dog accessories in the room upon arrival, a thoughtful touch. The food in the restaurant was great. New refurbished rooms looked gorgeous.

Sound proofing WAS slightly lacking.

The staff went out of their way to ensure all needs were met. One staff member called Stephanie was excellent during breakfast (she was wonderful, really!). This attentiveness contributed positively to the overall experience.

our room was by the entrance door. it seemed to be an old office with a glass door having blue tacked blind on it. food was pretty average, despite everyone saying it's amazing!!!
