the food in the restaurant was good. the staff were friendly and chatty. i was happy the room had a nice view from the rear window. it was also dog friendly, a real plus.

i was placed in the haven, the building next door. the room was up several flights of stairs and felt quite basic.

i located my room in the haven building, not in the main inn. i noticed serious neglect regarding upkeep throughout the premises. the room was clean initially, but the overall high price was unjustifiable.

Everything felt so clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The en-suite bathroom was lovely. the mattress was really good and perfect for me. I loved interacting with all the staff, including the folks at the bar, they were super helpful.

The sound proofing was not great in my room. I could hear people next door. Every noise was really loud!

The staff were excellent and helpful. I found a complimentary gift bag of dog accessories in the room upon arrival, a thoughtful touch. The food in the restaurant was great. New refurbished rooms looked gorgeous.

our room was by the entrance door. it seemed to be an old office with a glass door having blue tacked blind on it. food was pretty average, despite everyone saying it's amazing!!!
