The breakfast disappointed me. There was only one juice choice. It was orange. The pastries seemed of poor quality and were limited in selection. I found the tea cold and the coffee weak. This experience really deflated my expectations for such an expensive hotel. The limited fruit selection, just melon, added to my disappointment. I hoped for more.

the buildings and grounds are beautiful. the restaurant staff welcomed me warmly. i enjoyed delicious evening meals and breakfasts while looking at fine countryside views (i requested a window seat). my bedroom was quiet, undisturbed, and had a good-sized tv.

the beautiful landscape was charming, filled with character i adored. the bar was like a step back in time, located in a tudor building. the check-in was simple, and i received friendly service from the staff. jithin at the bar was especially great, providing attentive service .

i got married last weekend. it was awesome! the planning was easy. the staff at lythe hill took such good care of me. i even had a couples massage before the big day. the ladies at the spa are so cute.

I appreciated the friendly staff. Roisin and Mitch welcomed me warmly. I enjoyed the restaurant, the gym, and the sauna. The bed was very comfortable and I plan to visit the hotel again. I found the service at the hotel excellent.

Our room required some updates. I noticed a need for fresh paint. there was a spider in one corner. A slight smell of dampness gave me a less luxurious impression.
