i encountered a few issues. the parking situation was not ideal. i had to pay extra at this five-star hotel. the breakfast area was also overcrowded. it was difficult to find an empty table, so i had to eat while standing.

i liked the mineral and thermal water pools. they were refreshing and relaxing. the breakfast had a lot of options (it pleased everyone in my family). the hotel had thoughtful touches for children, a great bonus.
the staff seemed undermotivated. i also found out that depending on the platform i had booked through, i would get preferential access to amenities (this was quite strange). there were contradictory information given about parking procedures.

i found the breakfast quite rich with many options. i liked that the hotel is close to the sea. the room design was excellent.. it was spacious and clean.
the staff seemed undertrained. i heard contradictory information regarding parking procedures. some calls to the front desk went unanswered, a bit frustrating.
