excellent experience

The immacolata suite was divine. It offered a split-level design perfect for the cooler temperatures. the decor really stood out (very stylish). arriving on my birthday, i was surprised with a thoughtful bottle of fizz. i finished a ten-day trip through sicily and puglia feeling pampered.
I wish there was more clarity regarding the townhouse location. It was separate from the main building. the noise from the street was noticeable. the lack of a view in the room was disappointing, especially for a special occasion.

Our superior double room was located about 100 meters from reception. This location was very convenient. we appreciated the close proximity to two great bars and about six restaurants located just around the corner. being only ten meters from the water's edge was beautiful. I liked that. breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful.

The suite with a balcony offered great views. We enjoyed drinks on the balcony each evening. The location was fabulous and near a controlled zone, however the concierge valet parked the car, a helpful service. The staff was wonderful too.

the breakfast was acceptable. it offered a decent selection (though nothing lovely).
my room was not what i expected from a hotel of this caliber. the window faced directly onto the street, offering little privacy (i noticed people stopping right outside). also, the bathroom lacked a proper door, which i found quite awkward.
