Charming Stay in a Cave Room

The breakfast offers a great selection of sweet and savoury options. I got a fresh cappuccino each morning. The staff was very friendly and provided bottles of water. The hotel location is amazing, right in the Sassi district. We booked time at the spa and I must say it was the best experience I've had.
The route to the room from the main hotel was a bit confusing initially. It required navigating a few stairs and narrow passageways.

The hotel provided a free shuttle service from the recommended parking lot. This made arrival and departure smooth. I received prompt assistance. The staff were also quick to fulfill our requests.

Our room was spacious and included a private balcony. It had air conditioning and dehumidifiers , made it very pleasant. The room maintained comfortable humidity levels despite the temperatures outside. Everything was clean.

i loved the location of this hotel. the rooms were very nice and clean. i found the hotel staff very nice and helpful. i appreciated the shuttle service to and from parking.
the bed wasn't super comfortable after all the walking.

the breakfast included many options. the continental breakfast had a lovely mixture of items. i saw helpful and polite staff during breakfast hours. the selections included meats and fresh fruits.

the staff was very kind and helpful. the shuttle bus picked us up from parking. i really liked the shuttle service upon our arrival. staff helped with bags and directions.

the hotel has a great spa. i saw swimming and hydro pools as well as steam and sauna rooms. visiting the spa is definitely worth it. this is a great way to escape the heat.

the hotel sits in the heart of the Sassi. i noticed cars can drive right up to the entrance steps. there are many restaurants and shops nearby. the views are totally fantastic from here.

The location was CENTRAL. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff provided a free shuttle service from the parking area. It worked GREAT. I enjoyed the breakfast. There was a wonderful spread with fresh fruit and delicious breads!
The clerk on check in was not very cute which was disappointing.

The hotel had a unique character and beautiful rooms. I also saw they offer spa access, the thermae pools looked great! The pools are located inside a cave. It is a magical peaceful experience.
