acceptable stay with some issues
missed housekeeping unrequested service
the staff was polite and attentive to guests.
housekeeping did not clean the room during my four-day stay. the front desk said housekeeping sometimes comes and sometimes does not. i should have requested it (as if i knew this was a hotel where rooms aren't cleaned automatically).

fantastic stay!
helpful staff great breakfast
i found the staff very kind and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast offered a great variety and was quite satisfying. i especially liked that the hotel provided fruits upon arrival, a thoughtful touch. also, the room was very spacious and quite clean.
the bathroom's tap was quite short, and the water pressure was low. this made simple tasks like washing hands a bit difficult. i also noticed there wasn't a power outlet conveniently located near the bed.

the room had great light-blocking curtains ensuring restful sleep. the availability of a window that could be properly opened was a nice feature. the space was clean and pleasant offering a quiet atmosphere for relaxation.

breakfast selection serene atmosphere
I found the breakfast selection to be expansive. everything seemed very fresh and well-prepared, from the pastries to the hot dishes. We loved that. the pool area was also very well kept.

the hotel has a good location near public transport. i found the breakfast very good with a variety of dishes. the spa included three pools and was quite relaxing.

the location was acceptable.
the cleaning was substandard. the cleaning staff did not replenish the teabags, nor did they replace towels. this fell short of expectations.

so excited about this gem!
breakfast variety public transport different temperatures
this location rocks because its super close to public transport and i'm talkin' a quick ride to all the cool spots! the breakfast buffet is something else, i mean, so much variety, you could eat something different every morning! the pools are a total win, with different temps and all, i can just chill after a long day.
the rooms are not as modern as i expected, the carpets look a little outdated.

fast check-in comfy bed good room dated hotel old pillow slow shower
Check-in was fast, which I appreciated. The room I had faced the front. I could see a view from my room. The bed was comfy, and I could use my USB plug to screenshare on the TV.
The hotel seems a bit dated! The pillow I was given seemed old. The shower was slow to drain. It needs maintenance.
