Acceptable stay with minor issues
incomplete refurbishment small towels
The hotel's location proved convenient. It was really close to the bus, tram, and metro stops.
The room refurbishment felt incomplete. I noticed missing robes and the towels were small. Room service showed up at inconvenient times, once at 9 am and another time at 4:30 pm. Linen was only changed on the last day, which I found inadequate.

underwhelming stay, expected more
faulty ventilation cramped room
the location was good for accessing many attractions.
the room felt quite cramped for two people and our luggage lacked proper storage. the ventilation was faulty and the mini bar didn't work at all so keeping anything cool was impossible. plus, waiting for the lift became a regular test of patience.

The bathroom lacked hot water on the last morning. the housekeeping service was inconvenient with room cleaning scheduled late in the afternoon (between 4 PM and 5 PM).
