The location was very convenient for accessing main attractions. The staff offered helpful recommendations for restaurants nearby. The breakfast had a large choice of food (i loved the croissants).
The minibar prices were a little expensive.

the location was very central and easy to navigate to interesting sites by foot. the staff were informative and pleasant and provided good service. the room had a separate entrance around the other side of the building. breakfast included a wide choice of options and i was able to leave my bags after checkout
the hotel did not offer bottled water in the room i also found that there were no dining options available throughout the day within the hotel itself

I received a warm welcome at reception. The staff provided useful tips about local attractions. The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and my room was prepared ahead of schedule. The breakfast offered a lovely start to each day of my stay.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

The family room was spacious and included two toilets. the walk-in shower had a seat. the breakfast was great. It had plenty of choice for everyone's tastes (i enjoyed this part the most!).
there was no bottled water in the room, i missed that convenience. there were no options for dining throughout the day in the hotel. the beds were quite uncomfortable and they had those half-size pillows.
