clean room gentle personnel great location air conditioning previous guest poor breakfast
this accommodation features rooms very clean. the personnel were always gentle. i found a great location near to many shops.
the room was heated by air conditioning and this made sleeping not very comfortable. upon arrival, there WAS hairs from the previous guest in the bathroom. i think that the breakfast wasn't good.

spacious room immaculate preparation helpful reception
i received an upgrade to a suite, it had balconies overlooking the opera house and theatre. the rooms were very spacious, and immaculately prepared. the reception staff was helpful, this ensured a smooth stay.
The pipes in the washroom rattled sometimes. It occasionally woke me up.

this hotel is located near the opera house. i found the location to be very accessible and near various restaurants. my room had unique features. the air conditioning worked well during the hot summer days.
i found the cleanliness subpar. i noticed hairs from a previous guest in the bathroom sink. the breakfast was very limited, and items were not replenished after 9:00.
