Wonderful Stay in a Luxurious Setting
wide variety tasty chocolate spacious room friendly staff
The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and included tasty Belgium chocolate. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a very nice bathroom. Car parking was available and very convenient. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful offering activity ideas.
The fitness center access required an additional fee which seemed unnecessary given the hotel's standard.

My room included nice decor and comfortable beds. The bathroom featured quality fixtures and provided ample space for toiletries. The room had blackout curtains that created a dark sleep environment.

the breakfast was fantastic with many choices. i loved the belgian chocolate and bubbly! the room included heated floors, i appreciated that. beds were comfortable too.
Our room faced the street. We woke to noise from rubbish collection early for two mornings. the smart tv did not allow pc or ipad casting. the room service menu was limited.

central location immaculate gardens breakfast champagne spacious room
The hotel's location was definitely a standout. It made sightseeing simple. The gardens were immaculate, a peaceful retreat after a day exploring. The breakfast included champagne. It seemed like a special treat each morning. I found my room spacious. It had all the amenities I needed.
I noticed the underground parking lacked an elevator which was slightly inconvenient with luggage.

The location was central, with access to explore. the room was spacious and the bed proved comfortable. i appreciated the city view from the room. It added a layer of beauty to my stay.
The gym was limited. Though functional, it lacked modern equipment!

terrible amenities lack of heating
The staff were very helpful (i especially appreciated their promptness). The mini fridge was nice.
The large room i had was not heated. The amenities for a five-star hotel were terrible. I really expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber, especially considering the price.

Really good Hotel Experience
central location beautiful grounds spacious room odd shape
The hotel is centrally located, a short walk to the main square. The grounds are beautiful. My room was spacious. I stayed in the castle section, so the room had an odd shape (but it worked out well).
The room was not cleaned well. I found hairs from the previous guest. the room was noisy.

The breakfast buffet had many options. I noticed a station where you could carve your own belgium chocolate with a two-handled knife. There were fresh fruit options and waffles available (especially delicious).
