the breakfast was fantastic with many choices. i loved the belgian chocolate and bubbly! the room included heated floors, i appreciated that. beds were comfortable too.
Our room faced the street. We woke to noise from rubbish collection early for two mornings. the smart tv did not allow pc or ipad casting. the room service menu was limited.

The location was central, with access to explore. the room was spacious and the bed proved comfortable. i appreciated the city view from the room. It added a layer of beauty to my stay.
The gym was limited. Though functional, it lacked modern equipment!

The staff were very helpful (i especially appreciated their promptness). The mini fridge was nice.
The large room i had was not heated. The amenities for a five-star hotel were terrible. I really expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber, especially considering the price.

The hotel is centrally located, a short walk to the main square. The grounds are beautiful. My room was spacious. I stayed in the castle section, so the room had an odd shape (but it worked out well).
The room was not cleaned well. I found hairs from the previous guest. the room was noisy.
