a reasonable stay
comfortable bed rustic style busy road noisy location
the room was clean the bed was super comfortable i appreciated the country rustic style the shower worked well. the kilt with the pipers sporran in the hallway was a nice touch
the hotel is located on a busy road. it was a little noisy at times i found it difficult to relax completely. a quieter location would have been preferable

lovely view dining room local advice
The sitting room had binoculars. I used them to explore the lovely views. A kettle for tea was available in my room. It was also available in the dining room. I found a warm welcome and good advice about local places to eat.
Breakfast was not included in the price of my room.

steve he were very welcomin'. he were helpful too. the room it were lovely and a very comfortable room. everything it were clean all threw the hotel.
i feel the welcome it were not great. there werent no lift access in the hotel. the breakfast it were very limit.

lovely view great breakfast
The breakfast included haggis and was prepared per request the night before. The sitting room provided a beautiful view alongside binoculars. The host offered advice on local places to visit. The views from my room were fine.
The car park is across the road from the hotel. This requires caution when crossing the street.

helpful owner beautiful sitting room delicious breakfast room kettle
The owner was very helpful and kind. i found the sitting room beautiful with binoculars available. I could explore the view. the breakfast was delicious and they offered haggis. i got a kettle for tea/coffee and water in my room and the dining room too.
the room got quite cold at night.
