Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noted

dirty floormissing balcony

My stay wasn't the worst, but there were a few hiccups. I found the room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. There was sand in the room. I even saw hairs in the shower. the room didn't match what I booked. It lacked a balcony. It was a bit of a letdown.
