traditional dishes lovely staff nice garden
The traditional Thai dishes at the restaurant were delicious. The staff was lovely throughout the hotel. The garden and pool area were very nice, I enjoyed it.

a charming, quiet oasis
unique atmosphere long swimming pool lovely staff wooden doors
i found the villa atmosphere very unique the swimming pool is long enough for laps the staff was especially lovely during breakfast our room was enormous there were beautiful wooden doors that opened to a bathroom it even had a jacuzzi. the traditional thai massage on the upstairs outdoor porch was wonderful i got two of them the staff. the hotel included an excellent breakfast a full menu featured fresh options the staff was friendly and competent
the clutter at the front counter of the restaurant was noticeable it detracted from the overall aesthetic white plastic children's high chairs were visible in public areas these small details detracted from the vibe

underwhelming stay. some issues noticed.
pool disrepair limited lighting
the breakfast was acceptable, especially the fresh fruit provided each morning.
The pool tiles looked to be in disrepair. We noticed a sewer smell nearby. this made relaxing by the pool unpleasant. I think the hotel should address this promptly. our room had limited lighting. the balcony wasn't usable.

peaceful oasis in a bustling city
welcome letter fresh fruits relaxing massage fresh breakfast
the welcome letter with fresh fruits was lovely i found the staff's smiles and kindness very fitting given our room name metta i experienced a relaxing massage i also enjoyed the breakfast including fresh fruits vibrant juices and a hot meal
the location is at the end of a long street it lacks charm the first-floor rooms had a sewage smell on the terrace i think this may be beyond their control but it was still unpleasant

I really enjoyed the swimming pool. It was intimate. the executive suite featured high ceilings. breakfast included many choices for everyone. i can definitely recommend this hotel.
the hotel is at the end of a long street. this street lacks charm. i think the location could be better.

Acceptable Hotel Experience
stone floor nice decor well kept grounds fresh fruit heavy traffic poor service weak tea
The room had nice decor and a stone floor in the bathroom with plants. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The breakfast was good. I appreciated the fresh fruit.
The traffic around the hotel was very heavy and it often took a long time to get a taxi. I experienced poor service. I had to carry my luggage myself at check-in. The restaurant tea tasted like water. They used one teabag for a large pot.
