I found the hotel's location convenient. It made exploring the area easy. The staff offered really good customer service . They were kind and eager to assist with any questions. The breakfast provided a variety of tasty options.

the breakfast selection met my needs, it had enough variety.
The air conditioning in my room had frequent issues. It didn't work properly several times. the noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor was quite loud. The sound insulation was not great at all, this disturbed my sleep.

The staff was friendly and helpful . the gym had updated equipment and space for different workouts. complimentary water was provided daily. It was a great convenience. housekeeping kept the room super clean. I found this consistent.
the room's soundproofing could be improved as noise from the hallway was audible.
