The staff was friendly and helpful . the gym had updated equipment and space for different workouts. complimentary water was provided daily. It was a great convenience. housekeeping kept the room super clean. I found this consistent.
the room's soundproofing could be improved as noise from the hallway was audible.

the location is quite good for exploring. i easily accessed public transportation. the staff at the reception were available and friendly.
the air conditioning made strange sounds at night. sound insulation between rooms was not great. i could hear noise from the corridor outside my room.
