poor viewheavy luggage

I booked a room with what i thought would be a decent view. it turned out to face a roof and another building. the alley the hotel is on gets really busy with trucks dropping off supplies in the mornings. It felt quite messy. also, there is no elevator. Someone helped with my bag going up, but not on the way down (and it was heavy!).

the breakfast was amazing! the food quality and the large amount was so great. i'm from europe, and my coffee standards are high, but their cappuccino was better than many in italy. the rooftop bar is good, and the cocktails are really good, i loved it. my room was beautiful and very cosy! the mini bar was wonderful and i was given chrysanthemum tea.

The room was very small. I felt a slight lack of comfort accessories such as shelves

i received a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. it was a nice gift as returned guests. the breakfast was awesome and tasty. the restaurant prepared box breakfast for us to take for our early flight, how considerate!!

there IS no elevator. someone carried my bag up, but there was no one to carry it down and it was very heavy. the stairs are a little like a spiral staircase they wind around, not great when you're carrying heavy luggage!
