Arkaroola Wilderness Sanctuary offers a range of accommodations such as Mawson Lodge, Callitris Lodge, and self-contained cottages. Mawson Lodge includes 20 comfortable suites for up to four guests. The Callitris Lodge features mountain-view suites for two people and budget-conscious options are available for families or groups in self-contained cottages.

The sanctuary is known for its guided 4WD tours, including the Ridgetop Tour showcasing the rugged terrain of the Flinders Ranges.
