Charming Waterfront Stay
convenient restaurant room outlets available staff
My stay included a restaurant on the premises. It was very convenient. The room had USB-C and USB-A outlets! The staff was available and fulfilled every request.
The breakfast service could be a bit faster!

The hotel is located directly opposite the water, a very nice location. It is an easy walk from the bus station without hills or cobblestones. The building has fine architecture!

the hotel provided convenient parking spots right in front. the breakfast was superb and included in the room price. the staff helped with parking upon arrival. they also directed us to key attractions.
the restaurant music was audible from my room late in the evening.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
loud housekeeping poor service
Housekeeping was a problem. Staff were chatting loudly outside my room at 8 a.m. The restaurant service was poor. I felt the food and beverage manager was condescending. I asked for a different server.

Really good Stay by the Sea
great breakfast on-site restaurants garage parking
The hotel has two on-site restaurants and a garage parking. The breakfast offered a huge selection and felt more like brunch. The location is near the sea border and within walking distance to the city center.
Housekeeping was a bit noisy early in the morning outside the rooms.

The front desk operates 24 hours a day. The staff was kind and helpful, they fulfilled my needs. The staff members were very attentive.

The hotel offers an excellent restaurant specializing in seafood. The breakfast had a huge choice available à la carte, served until 12:00. The hotel provides a tasty breakfast with fresh ingredients.

average stay, staff and noise issues
unfriendly staff early noise
my stay wasnt great. the restaurant staff were quite unfriendly, and the food wasnt good. housekeeping were noisy early in the morning. they stood outside my door laughing and chatting at 8am each morning, so i had to ask them to be quiet. i expected more for the price, and its a shame because the location is wonderful.

superb hotel experience
dog friendly free minibar great breakfast
The minibar items were complimentary, this was a good bonus. Breakfast offered many choices. The staff was very dog friendly. My dog received treats and toys in the room. The general location is great, a definite plus.

The hotel benefits from a good situation near the sea. The ferry and main square are accessible with a short walk less than five minutes. This makes accessing transport and main attractions quite simple. The location is definitely very convenient.

The staff helped with luggage upon arrival from the ferry, they also brought it back to the terminal on departure day. This service made my arrival and departure significantly easier. The hotel staff is indeed helpful.

The room included a normal size kitchen with refrigerator, despite i did not need to cook. Wi-fi is available and worked perfectly. There is also parking . These amenities added convenience to the overall stay.

The breakfast has a big selection of foods available. It offers a amazing culinary experience. Fresh fruit and pastries were offered as a start. The quality of food is high.
