the staff was very helpful at the reception desk and always smiling.
The room i booked, a double or twin room city view, was somewhat underwhelming. There were stains on the walls. the furniture looked quite worn, and i noticed some mold spots in the shower.

underwhelming stay with some issues
complimentary snacksfaulty shower headwet floor
the complimentary snacks and drinks in the green room were acceptable.
The shower sprayed water all over the floor in my room. either the rainfall shower head needs replacement with a smaller one or wooden mats should be provided to prevent wet feet in the bathroom. this issue needs addressing. I was given towels but it wasn't a solution.

The Green Room offered complimentary drinks and snacks. That was a lovely touch. I found the breakfast very good! The staff was helpful and assisted me well.
The room seemed somewhat tired. I think it needs a refresh. There were no spa treatments, though publicity materials stated the opposite. The pool surroundings need refurbishment.
