constant traffic noise faulty air conditioning
The hotel's location was acceptable. It was close to local attractions.
My room faced the street, and the traffic noise was constant throughout the night. I struggled to sleep because of the noise. The air conditioning barely worked, so the room was uncomfortably warm.

fine views and superb service!
golden horn view really good breakfast great customer service
I loved the awesome view of the golden horn from my room's huge windows, it was amazing! the galata tower and the nostalgic taksim-tünel tramway were just a short, five-minute walk away. the breakfast was worth it, a great start to each day! the customer service was really good.

acceptable stay overall
rooftop terrace convenient location sewage smell unclean windows
the location proved convenient, near the metro and various dining options. rooms were tidy and the rooftop terrace offered a good view during breakfast.
a sewage smell was present upon entering the room, needing water poured down the drain. the windows looked unclean with rain marks and dust.
