The room was spacious! the bathroom also had plenty of room. I could open my suitcase easily. the bed was really comfortable.
the bartender wasn't friendly and i got charged a service fee for one beer.

The staff provided really good service. They helped with recommendations and transportation arrangements. The location is near restaurants, shopping, and landmarks like Galata Tower and Istiklal Street.. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace had a beautiful view. I especially loved the rainfall shower in my room.
The AC did not work very efficiently.

The hotel is close to the Galata Tower. It is in one of the best streets in Karakoy. Exploring the city by walking is possible from this spot. The hotel is close to many attractions.
