The bathroom flooded each time i showered. there was no cupboard in my room. Instead, there was only a rail over the mini bar. the stairs were dimly lit, posing a safety concern.

the location is very central near galata tower. the rooftop restaurant had wonderful views of the city. the staff were very kind.

the stairs were badly lit. i needed a phone torch to go up and down the stairs. our room did not have a cupboard but a rail over the mini bar to hang clothes on.
