The location was great. It was very easy to reach vitosha boulevard. breakfast had many choices and the food tasted good. the staff was always smiling and ready to assist with any request.

The bathroom was a bit small, i felt cramped. The sink counter space was limited. the gym equipment seemed old and not all machines were working. the mini bar prices felt high compared to nearby shops.

I FOUND the location very convenient. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. It helped me explore the city center easily. The staff was also helpful with directions.

the gym equipment is somewhat dated. A few machines need maintenance.

the hotel's location was acceptable because it was near public transportation.

the breakfast was not good, the bread had mold. the staff was not nice and seemed to not care about the guests needs. also, the room smelled like heating oil, not nice.
