some issues with cleanliness and size
small room unclean common areas
The room was quite small, and it didn't feel like a true four-star experience. the common areas seemed a bit unclean. i noticed a distinct smell of humidity or lingering food odors in my room possibly because of the numerous restaurants on the street. water wasn't complimentary. Each bottle cost extra. most hotels i've stayed at provide at least a couple of free bottles daily.

attentive staff perfect location spacious layout
I found the staff very attentive. They helped with directions. the location worked perfectly for accessing main attractions. the room had modern décor and a spacious layout.
