The room was massive and very well kitted out. there were multiple restaurants attached. I tried two and they were delicious. i had a spa visit as well and that was wonderful, with amazing facilities and a beautiful view of the park on one side and mountains on the other.
the water was dirty and stank so bad we couldn't stand it. i went to the front desk, begging to switch rooms. every room had the same nasty water-no fix, no hope. we were stuck showering in that filth.

My recent visit was pretty good. the 24/7 convenience store provided useful amenities at any hour. i found the in-house store especially convenient. the hospitality was amazing. The service reminded me of a 5-star experience.
the pipe system made a high pitched noise whenever the nearby rooms used their plumbing.
