friendly stafflarge roomfine sky bar
I was greeted by super friendly staff at check-in, and they were efficient. the room was really large and beautifully furnished. the sky bar is fine. I didn't want to leave! the location is perfect. it was super easy to get around!
the volume of water in the shower was not great.

the rooms contained complete amenities. expansive views were AVAILABLE from the bedrooms because of the huge glass windows. the bed was fantastic, as was the bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the large windows and excellent views. The staff was helpful .. everything felt perfect. The bed offered great comfort, and I slept well.
i found the spa access to be a slight additional expense.

The room was massive and very well kitted out. there were multiple restaurants attached. I tried two and they were delicious. i had a spa visit as well and that was wonderful, with amazing facilities and a beautiful view of the park on one side and mountains on the other.
the water was dirty and stank so bad we couldn't stand it. i went to the front desk, begging to switch rooms. every room had the same nasty water-no fix, no hope. we were stuck showering in that filth.
