the staff was helpful and the advice on how to get the most out of the city was very helpful, i loved the balcony overlooking the bay. i felt very well cared for . the breakfast was yummy.
the mattress was the most uncomfortable i've ever slept on. bathroom is small, and the sink was slow to drain.

the location was amazing, just off the promenade. it seemed like a very safe area. it was very close to the beach, so swimming was easy and convenient. walking to restaurants was also very easy

The breakfast offered a fine selection of items each morning. i particularly enjoyed the fresh bread and fruit. the location was very convenient for accessing the nearby beaches. It was just a short walk. the staff were also very helpful with providing directions!
My room was quite small. I struggled to open my luggage fully. the bathroom felt cramped, with limited space for toiletries. there were also several stairs leading up to the hotel, difficult with my bags!

The staff offered great bus line explanations. They always fulfilled requests, which I appreciated. They also held our bags while we went to the beach. because of a late flight.
The room felt very small. I didn't have space to open my luggage anywhere. I had to open my luggage on the bed! The bathroom was also very small. There was no way to leave a toothbrush.
