The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness . The rooms were clean and provided great comfort. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to numerous attractions. The hotel's classy decor and excellent facilities were noticeable.
I noticed minimal storage space in the room. It felt a bit too compact.

The staff was helpful with directions. cj was especially attentive. i appreciated being so close to st vincent's hospital. It was only a short walk. the proximity to cafes was also convenient for quick meals.

i was quite annoyed to discover the promised parking was no longer available. i received an email about reserving a spot, yet upon arrival, i learned that policy had changed, forcing me to find expensive alternative parking. the elevator wasn't working either.

location WAS fantastic. the comfortable bed made sleep easy. the quick check in process was much appreciated, after my long day of travel. i really felt cared for by the staff.
the room felt a little small for me. a larger bathroom would be better.
