underwhelming stay due to several issues

absent staff small breakfast room

i found several aspects disappointing . the lack of on-site staff. the absence of air conditioning in the room was a significant issue. the small breakfast room with limited seating was inconvenient.

clean room modern hotel spacious shower

The hotel room was super clean and very modern. I greatly appreciated the big walk-in shower, it was very convenient. A large smart TV was also a nice feature. The self check-in was efficient and I am thankful for the convenience.

missing doorbell small room

the hotel offered a comfortable bed, which met my expectations for a restful stay.

The self-service check-in proved quite bothersome. The ring doorbell was missing, and no clear signage indicated the entrance. i felt rather foolish after calling for assistance following a long journey. the room was relatively small, and i found the shower wall to be an odd design choice. noise from outside kept me awake.

equipped room cheap parking

The room was superb. It was very well equipped. Parking was right outside the front door at £4.00 for 24hrs. YOU drive out through what looks like it is the church grounds.

No reception exists. No staff are present. no dining area is available for hot food for breakfast.

the location was good, right in the center.

The lack of staff made things difficult. There was no one to assist with a broken tv. the noise from the street also was a problem. It went on quite late.

heating problem inadequate lighting

My stay had some drawbacks. The room got too hot, I couldn't adjust the heating, and figuring out how to cool it down was impossible. I was on the top floor, and the absence of a lift became noticeable! It was inconvenient. The inadequate lighting in the room complicated things further.
