lovely family getaway!

the apartment had everything i needed and was cleaned daily. This made my life easier. i took advantage of the hilton bus to the marina multiple times, it was so convenient. the staff was helpful and were very good too assist me .
The walk to the nearest shop was a little far. It took about 15 minutes.

The free shuttle to the marina and beach was super useful. It saved me lots of time and effort. there is a golf course nearby, it is perfect for golf enthusiasts. the hotel is close to local attractions.

the staff was super friendly and helpful! the girls at reception were helpful! daily cleaning kept my apartment super clean. they arranged special balloons and decorations for a birthday celebration.

The apartment had everything you could want and was cleaned daily. I found the breakfast great (especially the pastries!). The girls at Reception were very helpful and accommodating.
I noticed the shower pressure was non existent. There were no shelves in the shower for shampoo or gel. Broken tiles existed on the floor. It gave a general feeling of being uncared for.

The apartment included spacious rooms with modern décor and comfortable beds. A fully equipped kitchen included dishes and cooking utensils. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. This allowed greater convenience and privacy.

the apartment was very spacious. the living room was large and the kitchen was also large. every room had access to the outside. parking was available on site.
i didn't like that reception staff wrote down credit card details as a security deposit against loss of the room key. this should be done electronically. the experience was disappointing.

the hotel is next door to the golf course. the hotel also offered a free shuttle to the marina for convenient access. a shop is within a 15-minute walking distance from the premises.

the pool area was tidy. i found the house cleaning service very good. the transfer for the hotel to the marina and beach was also good. it would be better if it was more regular.
the rooms are slightly dated. the rooms are in need of a revamp. certain restaurants listed on the website are either not open or not even there. i asked about the tapas restaurant with the reception staff. they told me there is no tapas restaurant at this hotel and they do not know why it is listed.

The apartment was spacious. the kitchen had good equipment. however, i noticed some problems . the air conditioning in the living room made a very loud noise. the staff didn't repair it despite my requests. also the promised tapas restaurant was not there. i enquired about this restaurant with the reception staff. They told me there is no tapas restaurant at this hotel and they don't know why it's listed.
