The owner was indeed cute and polite. I noted that the guesthouse presented a modern look. the interior proved super clean. I certainly plan to revisit. the location served well, enabling easy access to various points of interest.
The wi-fi signal had slight instability. This did not significantly impede my stay, though.

the loyalty bar was well stocked with a wide selection. the prices were competitive, even cheaper than outside venues. this provided convenient options for refreshments.

some issues with the room, i suppose
small bedone blanket
the room itself was a bit of a letdown. i found the bed too small for my liking. it also had only one blanket, so i was a little cold. at least the water tasted funny too i could barely make tea.

i received very clear directions plus a number to call. the owner, roger, was cute and helpful. my room was very comfortable and clean. the bed was very good (i didn't want to get up).
the room was a bit small. it had everything i needed, just not a lot of extra space.

tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits were available in the room. i also had a fridge in my room, useful. the hotel is located close to the seafront (about 5 minutes).

the room had a mini fridge it included fresh milk for tea i appreciated the free parking space i didn't need my car the location was ideal it was close to the beach.
the room was a bit small the bed was also small the mattress wasn't great i only had one blanket i could hear noise from other rooms.

Roger gave a friendly welcome. He helped carry my bags up the stairs, a nice touch. The room had tea, coffee, and biscuits, it was nice. The guest lounge seemed cozy, a good spot if you not want to be in your room.
The room felt a bit small. The walls are thin, I could hear noise from other rooms. The water for tea tasted a little strong, like it has too much chlorine.
