Accommodations
Rooms come with either a fan or air-conditioning, satellite channels, and a private balcony. The Superior Double or Twin Room includes a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and daily housekeeping with complimentary water. Comfort rooms offer a no-frills Thai-style experience with a private bathroom and optional kettle upon request.
Location & Transport
The resort is a 5-minute walk from Sairee Beach and a 15-minute drive from Koh Tao Pier. Free shuttle service to and from the pier is available at scheduled times, and guests can also rent a motorbike on site for 250 baht per day. The location is close to restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and the main nightlife but remains quiet at night.
Dining
The on-site restaurant serves Thai specialties, with a breakfast menu offering pancakes, toast, eggs, fruit, and coffee at a set price. Guests can also order from a selection of meals throughout the day, including a 50-baht strawberry smoothie. For more variety, Mae Haad Harbour Village is 1.5 km away with multiple dining options.

The resort features an on-site PADI diving centre (currently not operational per guest reviews, but listed in official description) and offers snorkelling gear rental at 100 baht per day. A tour desk books day trips and onward transport, while laundry service is available at 150 baht per kilo with next-day return. Free Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping are included in all rooms.
