Fantastic Getaway
vegan choices beautiful area easy access center location
The breakfast buffet included many options. vegetarian and vegan choices. The lobby had great design and a beautiful area. The hotel provided easy access to the beach plus a restful place. I found the location in the center very nice.
The sole elevator experienced frequent delays in the mornings. Staff used it to transport equipment to different floors. This caused waits of up to twenty minutes on the third floor. it lacks air conditioning.

The breakfast offered extensive options and flavors I found great. Many vegetarian plus vegan items were also available . The breakfast buffet took place in a big space.

The personnel provided very friendly and smiling service always. The barman showed very good skills and made all guests relax. The staff offered recommendations and advice that were excellent and helpful.

I found a convenient tram station near the hotel. The beach was only a short walk away from the building. The location also had many restaurants close by. This made it easy to eat out.

Breakfast presented varied options, even fresh cooked eggs. The room included tea and coffee facilities. A short walk place it near the beach. Staff made it easy to check in and check out.
Carpet showed some wear and tear.

Close location to the beach and the surrounding park domain. It is an ideal spot for families since it places them close to a mini golf court and playground.

The room was clean and mostly for short stays. It was silent at night. Each day the staff brought bottles of water to the rooms. You can ask for a room with shower.

broken lamp unclean shower
I found a couple of things disappointing. the desk lamp in my room didn't work.. also, the shower lacked a proper clean feel. it wasn't what i expected from a hotel of this supposed standard. the worst part was the lack of apology at checkout. They just noted it down.

air conditioning street noise
The breakfast buffet offered a satisfactory selection of items. It met basic expectations.
The lack of air conditioning in the room was a significant issue. It made the room uncomfortable, especially during warmer hours. i found the shower setup inconvenient. It had only a handheld wand with no proper enclosure. the noise from the street was disturbing throughout the night. It made it difficult to sleep.
