broken lampunclean shower
I found a couple of things disappointing. the desk lamp in my room didn't work.. also, the shower lacked a proper clean feel. it wasn't what i expected from a hotel of this supposed standard. the worst part was the lack of apology at checkout. They just noted it down.

The breakfast buffet offered a satisfactory selection of items. It met basic expectations.
The lack of air conditioning in the room was a significant issue. It made the room uncomfortable, especially during warmer hours. i found the shower setup inconvenient. It had only a handheld wand with no proper enclosure. the noise from the street was disturbing throughout the night. It made it difficult to sleep.
