convenient locationthoughtful airconnoisy hotelfresh towels
the location was PERFECT! it was so easy to use the metro to get around. i arrived at the hotel and the air con was already on in the room, very thoughtful. breakfast had a little bit of everything to enjoy!!!
the hotel was very noisy at night. the aircon didnt work, so i could not keep the window closed. they did not refill toilet paper, and i didnt get fresh towels every day.

The location worked very well. It was great for exploring. The breakfast was good with cake available downstairs, it was a lovely touch.
The air conditioning did NOT work. I could not keep the window closed because of this. They did not refill the toilet paper daily. I also did not get fresh towels every day.

I found the location quite convenient. Nearby were lovely shops and coffee shops. the staff were accommodating to my needs. the room suited my requirements perfectly. it was near the arc d'triomphe, but the location was its best feature.

the location was convenient for using the metro (i liked that it was easy to get around). the air conditioning was already on in my room upon arrival, and i found that very thoughtful.
the room was small (i didn't have much space to move around). there was no barrier in the shower, so water spilled onto the bathroom floor and into the room.

the location was good, near shops and transport. the staff were helpful.
the room was small, a problem since i had the family room (i thought it would be bigger). the shower lacked a barrier, water spread to the bathroom floor and even into the room. also, the heating didn't work, so it was cold at night.
