a tender respite

kind stafflovely coffeeheating system

the staff were very kind, always ready with a gentle smile, this meant a lot. breakfast had ample choices and the coffee was lovely, such a heartwarming start. the location suited me fine for i found cafes and restaurants close by. the bathroom was large and cute.

i found the heating system a little difficult to adjust and i was unable to make the room cooler. it was a small discomfort in an otherwise lovely stay.

the breakfast buffet included many choices, each prepared with such care. i often selected fresh fruit and pastries alongside a cup of strong coffee. the dining area was peaceful.

the beautiful double had a large comfortable bed and a very spacious bathroom. there was a lovely view from the window, so peaceful. it was a quiet and serene space.

I was disappointed in the room condition. the wallpaper was peeling, and i found mold growing on the windows. also the housekeeping didn't clean the rooms properly. Dirty cups were left behind.

the breakfast selection was extensive. i found numerous choices for both hot and cold items. the staff was helpful and promptly addressed any requests i had. i was also able to easily access public transport because bus stops were nearby.

the street-facing room had some noise, but it was tolerable.

The room included a well-stocked minibar with water, juice, and snacks. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. the bathroom had two separate sinks, along with a rainfall shower. toiletries provided included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The restaurant food was excellent. Portions were generous. The breakfast was also great. The rooms were comfy (i especially liked the pillows).

The location wasn't ideal. There are several strip clubs nearby (maybe not great for families). The gym was not excellent. Much of the equipment was broken.
