I initially thought the room looked perfect. the sink in the room was not great. the shower was fully open with no ventilation, so after showering, the room filled with steam. The windows were wet. this was an unpleasant feeling. the breakfast options were limited. the staff at the bar seemed bored and inattentive. i often had to ask for basic things, like a spoon or sugar. cleaners started sweeping the floor while guests were eating.
