Really good Stay
clean roomexcellent careclearer direction
The hotel boasts many pools. I never felt crowded at any of them. Rooms were clean and beautifully designed. It was quite easy to travel inside the hotel with a trolley. Manager George provided excellent care. He ensured all our needs were met promptly and efficiently.
I experienced some issues with signage around the hotel. It was difficult to find specific pools, beach bars, and the water park upon arrival. Clearer directions would greatly improve the guest experience.

Staff members were great. The team, from reception to restaurant staff, offered consistently smiling and helpful service. Special recognition goes to the caring service received from Manager George.

The room was clean and controlled from a wall panel. Lights, air conditioning, and even a night light could be adjusted easily. A stocked fridge had soft drinks and beer. It was re-stocked daily.
I found the food generally mediocre for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The buffet breakfast was nice. It had variety but the evening options were repetitive. The children's options mainly consisted of chicken nuggets and fish fingers. I felt there could have been more variety.

i stayed in a twin room inland view and it was quite spacious. the room included usb charging points and a rainfall shower head! plus, the fridge was stocked daily with soft drinks and beer.
the gym was a little dirty though! but overall it was great

Wonderful Stay!

I loved that there were several pools available. The water park offers fun for all ages. I enjoyed strawberry daiquiris, strawberry mojitos, and mango cocktails. The hotel also provides bottled water daily.
The hotel is a little far from many attractions.

The bus stop is just outside the hotel. It costs around 3 euros. I visited Pefkos at night for a nice meal. Quad rentals are available at the hotel for 70 euros per day. Watersports are available at the beach.

The staff worked hard, and I saw constant smiles on their faces. Mariosz and Stavros are fantastic bar staff. They kept the drinks flowing throughout the stay.

The room was spacious and super clean! The balcony had sun from 2 pm to 7 pm. The mini bar was restocked daily with beers and Pepsi. A simple system is available if you don't want daily cleaning.
