decent stay with a few letdowns
broken heatingoutdated decor
The heating in my non sea view double one room was not working properly. i turned it on before going out for dinner. i returned later and it was still off. I had to find someone to fix it late at night. also, the decor felt a bit outdated. It could use some updates. the staff were friendly, but it's a shame the room wasn't fully up to par.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating! The breakfast selection was delicious and wide ranging. The pool was pristine and well maintained. They manage numbers, which ensures it does not become overcrowded. The manager took time to discuss my stay and made sure my expectations had been met.
The heating turned off during the night and I had to find someone to fix it. The window let in a lot of cold air.

The breakfast service was good. It offered a huge selection of hot dishes. The outside seating area had fine sea views. The hotel's own car park was conveniently located 40 meters away.
Our room was COLD. I put the heating on. I went out for food, and when I came back, the heating had gone off. At 12:30 AM, I had to find someone. He said he had to bossed it. The window was letting so much cold air in, it was UNBELIEVABLE.

the POOL was closed . i was informed shortly before ARRIVAL. the room decor seemed outdated. the room faced the back OF the building, a disappointing location considering the hotel was not busy.

the location was really convenient (just a short walk to the main attractions). the swimming pool was also a good size, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring.
the decor in my room felt a little outdated, and some of the furniture showed its age. the limited parking caused some inconvenience (i had to park a bit further away a few times).
