The hotel offered very nice value for money. I loved the service! Their tour arrangements stood out! Amr, their tour operator, crafted tailor-made private tours for our group and he was flexible and offered better prices compared to other services. The breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from!
The electronic key system experienced intermittent issues, a bit inconvenient.

weak internetstreet noise
the internet was very weak noise easily penetrated the room i could not sleep well at night because of the street noise there was no sound protection at all in the window also, the shower in the early morning was cold and i had to wait for it to get warm the shower was very old compared to the room itself

The hotel's location provides easy access to many shops and attractions. A good variety of options were on offer during breakfast. The cute staff as Badr , Mohmd , and Mustafa were especially helpful , showing genuine courtesy.
The room was too dark , requiring lights on all day , and it did not face the street.
