fantastic experience!
convenient parking attentive staff
the evening meal had a good selection, and the haggis bon bons starter was excellent! breakfast was good too. the staff were very friendly, always ready to assist. on-site parking at the rear of the hotel was very convenient and secure.
the room was next to the road and quite noisy, difficult to sleep. squeaky floorboards added to the disruption, especially with guests moving above.

the staff provided very efficient service.. they were consistently friendly and handled all requests promptly. i really appreciated their attentiveness throughout my stay and willingness to help with any issue that arose.

on-site parking is available at the rear of the building, it offers convenient and secure parking. this saved me a lot of hassle finding somewhere to park. there are also many different spaces to enjoy, such as a lovely little pub.

the room was well equipped and very clean, i was very happy. fluffy towels were provided and toiletries were available. the bed was comfortable and well maintained. the twin room disability access ensures comfortable movement.

warm welcome friendly staff fluffy towels
the welcome was warm, and all staff were very friendly. my room had easy to control heating, and it was clean. fluffy towels were provided, and wi-fi was complimentary. parking was simple using either the street or the car park at the back.
the wall near the bathroom sink had a small mark.

really good breakfast quality ingredients cramped room hanging rails
the breakfast offered an really good quality of ingredients and was finely cooked. presentation of food met standards.
the room i occupied felt too cramped. there was not sufficient room allocated for storing suitcases. hanging rails was to be coming detached from the walls.
