delicious food friendly staff good shower comfortable bed
i enjoyed the delicious food. i thought the evening meal was fabulous and breakfast was great too. the staff are friendly, i found the room good with a nice shower and a comfortable bed. my day from start to finish was just perfect.

the breakfast was okay, nothing special, really. the room, a standard king room, felt a bit cramped. also the promised toiletries were missing. we had to ask for them. i expected better for the price.

i found ample parking spaces AVAILABLE. the room offered real comfort, particularly the bed, such a soft touch. Evenings found us seated outside. it was so peaceful, perfect for dinner.

clean room recently decorated poor communication unapproachable staff
The room was recently decorated and clean, which met my expectations for basic upkeep.
I found the breakfast staff unapproachable. It affected my dining experience. The communication to resolve a billing issue was notably deficient. It required numerous phone calls to reach someone who addressed the problem without prioritizing customer satisfaction.
