The location was convenient for accessing metro stations.
The room was quite small (smaller than expected, tbh). Our shower had mold, I did not like it. The staff also seemed rude and judgmental.

the staff were friendly and helpful! i had a cup of coffee offered to me while i waited for my room, it was a sweet gesture. the location was amazing, i could easily walk to many places including the eiffel tower. i also found several shops nearby for fresh produce and groceries.
The walls were a little thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

The daytime receptionist offered friendly service! the staff answered all requests quickly and kindly. they greeted all guests with a big smile and a bubbly personality. The service was AMAZING!!!

The location is great, near many sights like the louvre museum. free coffee was available 24 hours a day. It was a nice touch. the room was super clean and cozy with windows i could open.

the breakfast was simple but plentiful and satisfying. there are also a nice italian restaurant and several lovely lunch places nearby. i enjoyed the vietnamese food offered.

The staff was kind! I found the bed large and comfortable, providing restful nights. The hotel's proximity to the Eiffel Tower allowed for a pleasant walk. The surrounding neighborhood felt both quiet and safe, it was relaxing.
The room was rather small, which did make maneuvering a bit challenging. Though everything else was perfect.

the location worked well, near a metro station. the room was clean and it was made up daily. the reception staff was friendly, always ready to help with questions.
the lift was very small and made noise going up. there was no kettle for hot water available in the room. there was no air conditioning in the room .
