acceptable experience
great range convenient location building noise mouldy shower
the apartment offered a great range of amenities. it is conveniently located near southern cross station. i appreciated its proximity to the station.
the building was noisy at night because of the wind. i did not sleep well for two of the three nights because of the creaking. the shower was mouldy. there was also wood rot around the bathroom door.

wow! what a fantastic stay!
city views easy travel apartment size
the apartment had amazing city views. southern cross station was so close. i loved the convenience of having tram stops right at the doorstep. the apartment's size felt just right for my family of three.
The check-in process was a bit slow. I had to wait a while to get my room key.

There were many choices for quick meals near the building. coles and woolworths supermarkets are within a short walk. It's very easy to restock essentials. the convenience added so much to my trip!

lovely views and perfect location!
ideal location amazing view friendly staff functional apartment
the location was really ideal, so close to the train station and many places to eat. i had amazing views from the 38th floor (it really made my mornings!). the apartment was clean, functional, and had super friendly staff. watching the sunrise over the skyline was a special treat.
i noticed some fraying on the towels, but it was a very minor issue and didn't really affect my stay.

the staff were fantastic and friendly (.). they supplied water, coffee pods, and toiletries, a nice touch. quick lifts also made getting around the building easy.

the location is central and within walking distance to everything. i found easy access to the building and i felt safe at all times. public transportation, like the airport shuttle, is also close by, made my arrival and departure simple.

clean unit complete amenities big sauna stained blankets night noise poor drainage
The unit was clean and had complete amenities. I found it convenient that they provided dishwasher liquid, bottled water, and laundry detergent (this was a great touch). The facilities included a gym and a big sauna room. i found the location to be great.
Spare blankets had stains. I noticed that the building could be noisy at night when it was windy. the shower also didn't drain properly and there was water everywhere (this was a bit inconvenient).

the location was excellent and close to transportation. communication with the representative was easy. they responded quickly when i contacted them.
there were no large bowls available in the kitchen. there were also no cooking trays for the oven. there was no storage for items to take out of luggage bags

early check-in amazing view cooking facility cheaper option
the city views were amazing. cooking facilities were all available. the apartment felt slightly worn. Though this did not bother me, it made it cheaper than comparable options on the same street.
The elevators experienced some delays during peak hours. This sometimes added a few minutes to travel time.

the apartment featured a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator and a microwave, it also had a stovetop with four burners and a range hood. i noticed cookware was available including pots, pans, and utensils, nice for meal preparation.

The building has a fitness center with three treadmills and two elliptical machines, i saw a heated indoor pool with a depth of 1 meters. the laundry room included both washing machines and dryers. Both are coin-operated.

The hotel is close to southern cross station, a convenient hub for regional and airport transportation. This made getting around simple. a tram stop is just across from the building, and multiple bus routes ran nearby.

Really good Stay High Above the City!
convenient location friendly staff perfect view
The location proved convenient, with proximity to tram and train stations. I found it easy to access stores and restaurants, a real bonus. The staff accommodated our request for a slightly later check-out. I REALLY appreciated their kindness. The view from the 50th floor was indeed perfect.
The cleaning product used had a REALLY overpowering smell. It was a bit too intense upon entering the room.
