Excellent Stay with City Views

I was upgraded , a pleasant surprise. The city view from my room was lovely. The apartment provided ample space for relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen was also available (it was very convenient).
The air conditioning stopped working for four days . The staff did their best to resolve the issue, but it was an inconvenience.

The hotel is in a central area. It allows convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. Getting around the city from this location is easy because of accessible transport links. This enhances the overall experience.

The staff members are cheerful and polite. They were also helpful and accommodating to all my needs. I felt welcome and well-cared for (the staff really made a difference). I found them proactive in addressing my queries.

The flat was modern and well-kept I loved the views. The facilities, including the gym, were great the staff were attentive. The location is prime the apartment really looks like the photos I saw before. I look forward to my next stay.
The staircase was narrow it was hard to get my suitcases up there. I think there should be at least another couch in the lounge for more seating. This is especially true in the two bedroom apartments the wifi instruction sheet needs updating.
