I appreciated the apartment's size. The modern kitchen included a dishwasher and ample counter space. The beds were very comfortable.. perfect for a good night's sleep. The timber access cards are a fantastic sustainable alternative to plastic.
The air conditioning unit was only located in the main area so the bedrooms got stuffy on warmer evenings.

There are no food options on site at the hotel, though there is a steakhouse next door, where hotel guests receive a discount of 10 percent when ordering food.

Our room featured a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, along with a washer and dryer. The bathroom had modern fixtures and included pump bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which is a nice touch.

The rooftop pool offered great views of the city skyline from the 22nd floor. A gym is available for guest use. It featured multiple treadmills, elliptical machines, and weight-lifting equipment.

Excellent Apartment Hotel Experience

I found the apartment to be very clean and well-stocked with soap and shampoo. The shower pressure was wonderful and the kitchen was excellent. The staff were helpful and they allowed us to leave our bags for the day, providing free access to a wonderful lounge area. I enjoyed the amazing view from the rooftop area.
The location is fine however William Street has considerable noise overnight and in the mornings as peak hour starts. This situation was noticeable, especially with lighter sleep.

The apartment had excellent kitchen facilities allowing preparation of meals. I found several cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. These provided varied dining options.
