excessive noise lawn chair
the room faced an alley resulting in excessive noise from garbage trucks early in the morning the room did not have proper ventilation it smelled of previous guests that was unpleasant a lawn folding chair was provided to take to the beach

I really like the location. The hotel provided beach chairs. I found fresh oysters at Rocket Bar, and Anna is a great bartender. They gave us key lime pie and champagne for our anniversary, a very nice gesture.
I had a very slight issue with breakfast service. Sometimes, I needed to get my own coffee. Sometimes orange juice was not offered. The variety of croissants also varied daily.

My room included bottled water and accessible drinking water on my floor. The room had a comfortable bed. The room was serviced regularly and to a high standard by a very attentive maid.

The hotel offers free beach chairs. Guests also get beach towels for free from reception. I did see a DJ in the afternoons, which seemed fun. The hotel has a restaurant with good food.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful . Rosario greeted us with a smile every morning during breakfast. Jose was very friendly upon arrival after a long day of travel. Staff was knowledgable.

Breakfast has good value for money. There was plenty of coffee, something I did appreciate. The Rocket Bar had excellent lobster rolls and fresh oysters. The cocktails seemed priced correctly also.

balanced stay
early check in luggage storage art deco historical area beach proximity great location poor soundproofing noise issue bad pillow uncomfortable bed noise level outside noise
the hotel personal stored my luggage before my early check in. i thought this was helpfully. also the location are near a historical art deco area and beach. i felt glad about that.
the noise from the adjoining rooms was too much. it caused sleep disruptions for a few night. the pillows was the worst i ever experienced in a hotel room.
