The staff were kind upon arrival. They provided a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite for me. Salvatore gave good advice regarding directions in the morning. He even stored my bags and ordered a taxi.

My room was not cleaned one day even though I did not put out the do not disturb sign. I came back at 6pm, but it was too late for the cleaning service to come. There was no gesture to make up for this error.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. They upgraded my room as a nice surprise. I also found the location to be convenient with easy access to various tourist sites. The hotel's decor was stylish and well kept, I REALLY liked the ambiance. The room was equipped with all necessary amenities.

The room size was somewhat SMALL, a little difficult to manage my luggage.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance of major attractions and a busy restaurant district. Transportation options were easily accessible from the hotel. It was convenient to travel around the city. This is a GREAT feature.

The gym was well-equipped with modern equipment. I found it easy to maintain my workout routine. The room included multiple amenity kits and the bathroom had gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. ALL these were amazing!

The reception staff was friendly and were very good too ensure guests enjoyed their stay. The staff responded quickly to all requests and provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. I'm GRATEFUL.
