plastic debrisslow refund
I found a couple of issues . The private beach lacked equipment (no umbrellas or seats) and had plastic debris. The hotel charged 1000 THB per day directly to my credit card and takes 15 days to refund it. This is not just a hold on the card. It was annoying.

the setting overlooked the beach with gorgeous sunset views. staff were helpful.
i found the pool area needed maintenance. the fountains and jacuzzi were not working. dinner was incorrectly charged to my room, and the cost of food and drinks felt overpriced.

the food options at the cliff restaurant really delighted me. the breakfast buffet had a great selection, a perfect start to each day. the spa treatment felt tender, it relaxed both my body and soul.
the hotel location is somewhat remote. this made accessing nearby shops difficult. the walk felt a bit long and tiring.
