I enjoyed the helpful hotel staff. The welcome drink was refreshing. The location was great, near many shops. I also appreciated the free shuttle to Sala Dan.

the pool villa was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed. the bathroom included ample space and a very good private pool, all maintained to a high standard by diligent staff. the spa offered a relaxing environment and professional massages. staff ensured i received excellent treatment.

mixed feelings about the stay
non-functional phonedark bathroom
the excursions desk wasn't great. we booked a trip to phi phi with rottana because they had a nice boat. we ended up crammed into a speedboat. the hotel didn't tell us about the boat change or ask if it was okay. also the in-room phone didn't work and the bathroom lacked a light so showers after sunset were in total darkness

The room was beautiful. the very nice bathroom included a separate bath and shower. there were lots of plants growing next to the bath. I felt so relaxed. the hotel also picked us up from the ferry. This was very convenient.
The gym is well equipped, but some machines are aging. a couple of machines seemed worn. they were still functional and air-conditioned.

I had dinner one night on the beach. It was a lovely experience, particularly as i watched the sunset. the restaurant food was excellent. The staff members were helpful and friendly.

The staff is lovely. They always smiled and nothing seemed too much trouble. the hotel provided a shuttle service into town. This helped me explore the surrounding area, and i appreciated this.

Our room was excellent, and the balcony offered a peaceful retreat. the room provided a refrigerator. the cleaning service was effective. The rooms were well looked after.
