the staff were fantastic and always helpful. i especially appreciated the seamless airport transfers in a private van. the room was conveniently located near the main pool. the hotel's proximity to local restaurants and shops was a plus.

the beach had too many rocks. i prefer a sandy beach.

I was a little disappointed with the room location. It was quite far from the main areas. the walk to the restaurant and pool felt longer than expected. the prices for food and drinks felt excessive too. there was an additional 17% tax on top of already high prices. This surprised me and impacted my spending decisions. the beach had some rocky areas. Swimming wasn't always easy.
