the staff was helpful and finded some wine glasses for us. the room was clean and include all facilities i needed. breakfast are good and have a lot of option, a plus for a traveller.
the walls between rooms was not sound proof. noisy guests was there.

the hotel are centrally located about 20 mins from gare du nord and louvre. it is on a peaceful street in a good area. i like it is near the main sites.

room 101 are a good sized triple room. it includes a decent sized shower room. decoration are nice. it has windows looking out to the street, that gives a charming feeling.

the reception staff are excellent and friendly. they are also very helpful with all my needs. they helped me find wine glasses for my room, which are great.

the hotel's location was a definite plus. i found several restaurants and cafes just outside the hotel.
My room felt quite small, i was in a standard double room. It could only fit one person and a small bag.
